Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of violation of a local ordinance – discharging an air rifle inside city limits, liquor law violation and giving spirituous liquor to an underage person.

Arrests

• Joel Velasquez, age 19, of Millview St. in Forest City, was cited for violation of a local ordinance – discharging an air rifle inside city limits and underage possession of a spirituous liquor. He received a written promise to appear.
• Alejandro Martinez, age 43, of Walker St. in Forest City, was cited for giving spirituous liquor to an underage person. He received a written promise to appear.
• Jonathan Artegas Martinez, age 25, of Walker St. in Forest City, was cited for giving spirituous liquor to an underage person. He received a written promise to appear.
