  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of found property.

Arrests
  • Emili Anne Bryant, age 24, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Sadarrien Marquavius McCluney, age 22, of Astrid Lane in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
