Incidents

• An employee of the Forest City Housing Authority reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny, resist, obstruct, and/or delay an officer and assault on a law enforcement officer.

Arrests

• Denise Lowrance, age 54, of Riverhills Dr. in Forest City, was cited for resist, obstruct, and/or delay an officer. She received a written promise to appear.
• Taylor Ashland Youmans, age 24, of Ellenboro/Henrietta Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for larceny, resist, obstruct, and/or delay an officer and assault on a law enforcement officer. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
• Cody Lee Derreberry, age 22, of Knotts Landing in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
