Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a child under 12, assault on an officer and resisting arrest.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on an officer, first degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule III.
- An employee of Lifestyles Wellness and Spa reported an incident of first degree trespassing.
Arrests
- Trevelle Daniel Lee Shade, age 25, of Cedar Lane in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a child under 12, assault on an officer and resisting arrest. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
- Ashley Elizabeth Smith, age 18, of Josie Dr. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to release.
- Sherry Gail McAbee, age 49, of Forest City, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with assault on an officer, first degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
- Nadia Mariam Good, age 34, of Virginia, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to release.
- Paula Mashburn Board, age 61, of Big Island Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to release.
- Phillip Aaron Curry, age 25, of Pilgrim Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule III. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
- Sammy Joe Elliott, age 30, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for first degree trespassing. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
