Incidents
  • Arnold Beaver reported an incident of larceny.
  • Ray Watkins reported an incident of larceny of a wallet.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule VI and driving while license revoked.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An employee of McDonald's reported an incident of uttering a counterfeit bill.
  • Kaylee Piercy reported an incident of assault on a female.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resisting a public officer, assault with a deadly weapon and flee to elude arrest.

Arrests
  • Amber Michelle Ledford, age 17, of Mountain View St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting a public officer. She received a custody release.
  • Daniel Lee Goforth, age 16, of Shade Branch Trail in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting a public officer. He received a custody release.
  • Christopher Alexander Gagner, age 23, of Barbara St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule VI. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Shelby Danielle Hixson, age 27, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Christopher Conley Davis, age 43, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
  • Jeffrey Allan Harper, age 35, of Bellvue St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to appear. No bond.
  • Alexis Juarez Guardian, age 21, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Tyler Chyanne Upton, age 23, of C Fowler Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Nytia Xiang Smith, age 30, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and conspiracy to sell/deliver heroin. She received a $50,000 secured bond.
  • Diane Renee Boyett, age 65, of Raven Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Marquarves Smith, age 25, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Jennifer Edith Garrett, age 38, of Elizabeth Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer, assault with a deadly weapon, driving while license revoked and flee to elude arrest. She received a $40,000 secured bond.
