Incidents
  • Mike Packett reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator's license.

Arrests
  • Joseph Franklin Beam, age 47, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator's license. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Tricia Sue Coffman, age 46, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Richard Sherman LaForge II, age 47, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
