Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a firearm inside of the city limits.

Arrests
  • Joy Danielle Ruppe, age 31, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for cyberstalking. No bond.
  • Ezekiel Lee Suber, age 20, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a firearm inside of the city limits. He received a $100,000 secured bond.
