Incidents

• William Murray reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Emily Nicole Cogdell, age 23, of Emerald Mine in Shelby, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of methamphetamine. She received a $20,000 secured bond.
• Justin Keith Anthony Garrett, age 22, of Elizabeth Ave. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Denzel Jarcus Wright, age 26, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for driving while license revoked and possession of an open container and was also served with a show cause order for failure to pay monies. He received a written promise to appear.
