Arrests
  • Shiday Shantel Whiteside, age 26, of Pine St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Alexis Queen Warner, age 24, of Lookout Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for communicating threats. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jose Rojas Guadalupe, age 31, of Turner St. in Forest City, was arrested for failure to appear and driving while license revoked. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
