Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resisting arrest, failure to stop for lights and siren, speeding and possession of an open container in the passenger area.

Arrests

• Timothy Edward Tutt, age 50, of McDaniel St. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting arrest, failure to stop for lights and siren, speeding and possession of an open container in the passenger area. He received a $500 secured bond.
