Incidents
  • An employee of State Employees Credit Union reported an incident of fraud.
  • Stephanie Moore reported an incident of a missing person.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of receiving counterfeit bills.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule VI.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule III and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Jordan Tyler Davenport, age 20, of Mercury St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • James Obryan Russell, age 29, of Petty Rd. in Kingstown, NC, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Kenneth Robert Hughes, Jr., age 41, of Pine Hill Dr. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of schedule III and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Cody Allen Lammonds, age 23, of Delta St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court. He received a $500 secured bond.
