Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving under the influence.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance.
  • Robert Segers reported an incident of credit card fraud.

 

Arrests

  • Tara Deanna Porter, age 41, of Wilson Dr. in Forest City, was cited for driving under the influence and failure to stop for red light. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Bobby Alan Nash, age 58. Of Washington St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
