Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor child abuse.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired and possession of an open container of alcohol in the passenger area.
  • Savannah Hutchins reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of carrying a concealed weapon.
  • Candy Thompson reported an incident of assault on a female.
  • Jack Hardin reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine and second degree trespassing.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting.

Arrests
  • Justin Michael Castle, age 28, of Lovelace Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor child abuse. He received a $10,000 unsecured bond.
  • Neil Waldron, age 32, of West Melvin Hill Rd. in Columbus, was arrested for driving while impaired and possession of an open container of alcohol in the passenger area. He received a $1,500 unsecured bond.
  • Bulmaro Gomez Aguilera, age 53, of Smith St. in Forest City, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $3,000 unsecured bond.
  • Ronald Calvin Locklear, age 49, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Joshua James Bickford, age 35, of Leach Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Aaron Lee Suggs, age 29, of JM Lovelace Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Howard Ronald Splawn, age 43, of Cornelius, NC, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting arrest. He received a $3,000 unsecured bond.
  • Jordan Christopher Splawn, age 28, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and possession of cocaine. He received a $9,000 secured bond.
  • Thomas Ray Tate, age 49, of Main St. in Henrietta, was arrested for shoplifting. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Daniel Glenn Williams, age 31, of Rock Corner Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
