  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.

Arrests
  • Crissy Henson Biddy, age 43, of Wall St. in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Olivia Joy Flynn, age 42, of Marion, NC, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with larceny. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Jacaras O'Brian Haywood, age 30, of Emerald Way in Spindale, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
