Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.
- Carolyn Holder reported an incident of larceny from a motor vehicle.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a female and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer.
- Sammie Hoyle reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
Arrests
- Nathaniel Emerson Gleaves, age 38, of N. Meridian St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a written promise to appear.
- Jason Lee Arrowood, age 41, of Pine Knoll Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a 48 hour hold.
- Brandy Michelle Weeks, age 39, of Old Ball Park Rd. in Spindale, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
- Devonta Marquers Hill, age 27, of Shade Branch Trail in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering with larceny and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
- Tina Runae Bradshaw, age 49, of Flack Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for communicating threats and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
