Incidents
- An employee of B&D Pawn Shop reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and show cause.
- An employee of AT&T reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana, no insurance and failure to register a vehicle.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of a fictitious tag.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
- Bobby Nash reported an incident of breaking and entering.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
- Alexander Grant Allison, age 19, of Lattimore Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for provisional licensee. He received a written promise to appear.
- Jose Guadalupe Rojas, age 32, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a show cause order. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
- Najah Marie Jackson, age 22, of Gaffney, SC, was cited for possession of marijuana, no insurance and failure to register a vehicle. She received a written promise to appear.
- Tabatha Christine White, age 32, of Ice Box Dr. in Ellenboro, was cited for fictitious tag. She received a written promise to appear.
- Archie Carlton Miller, age 60, of Crowe Dairy Rd. in Spindale, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Kristian Timisha Hawkins, age 26, of Brooklyn Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a custody release.
- India Rose Lamb, age 29, of Taylors, SC, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
- Kevin Cody Willoughby, age 24, of Sterling Lane in Lake Lure, was arrested for shoplifting and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
- Waylon Christopher Flynn, age 40, of Happy Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for first degree trespassing and also served with a fugitive from justice warrant. He received a $51,000 secured bond.
- Denzel Jarcus Wright, age 26, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 cash bond.
- David Howard James, Jr., age 41, of Kent St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny, no operator's license and no liability insurance. He received a written promise to appear.
- Joshua Joel Jermaine Goldsberry, age 33, of Jerico Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and resisting arrest. He received a $2,000 unsecured bond.
- Tracy Darnell Hawkins, age 51, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held without bond.
- Jordan Adam Hoppes, age 29, of Harrison St. in Bostic, was arrested for larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
