Arrests
  • Taylor Morgan Caldwell, age 23, of Parkland Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Marcellus Rodriguez Murray, age 17, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny and also served with a warrant. He received a $13,000 secured bond.
  • Mitchum Chad Hardin, age 33, of Timber Creek Dr. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of schedule VI controlled substance. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jordan Lindsey James, age 28, of Reid St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule II controlled substances. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Kyla Danielle Boone, age 25, of Inkline Dr. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
  • Zachary Joseph Waters, age 18, of Timber Creek Dr. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of schedule VI controlled substance. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Sereatha Donta Shelton, age 33, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering, battery of an unborn child, assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Carlos Dewayne Boykins, age 43, of Butler Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
