Arrests
  • Eddie Franklin Padgett Jr., age 38, of Park Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny, possession of schedule II, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $3,000 unsecured bond.

  • Kenlee Jane Conner, age 24, of Oakland Rd. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. She received a $9,000 secured bond.
  • Jessica Marie Lopez, age 31, of Hopper Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Jamie Eugene Cupp, age 16, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Brian Scott Sisk, age 29, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Shannon Elizabeth Dobbins, age 17, of Brackett Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a domestic violence protection order. She received a 48 hour hold.
  • Shawn Patrick James Jr., age 29, of Littlejohn Circle in Shelby, was arrested for heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $25,500 secured bond.
