Incidents
  • Christine Willard reported an incident of breaking and entering.
  • Kimberly Summey reported two incidents of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, and possession of methamphetamine. (See arrest of Rojas)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV, and possession of methamphetamine. (See arrest of Brown)
  • Freda Moore reported an incident of a runaway juvenile.

Arrests
  • Megan Daniel Henson, age 22, of Ferry Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Susan Beth Brown, age 53, of Holly Lane in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule IV. She received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Jose Guadalupe Rojas, age 29, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
