Incidents

• An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of shoplifting.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer and driving while license revoked.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resist, obstruct, and/or delay officer and driving while license revoked.

Arrests

• Connie Frances Jackson, age 58, of Bob Rollins Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Rashead Tashon Hamilton, age 22, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of resisting a public officer. He received a $3,500 secured bond.
• Matasia Ke'shaya Staley, age 20, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was cited for resist, obstruct, and/or delay officer and driving while license revoked. She received a written promise to appear.
• Timothy Bernard Mitchell, age 32, of Charlotte, NC, was arrested for driving while license revoked. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
• Georgina Anne West, age 48, of Rock Corner Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
