Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule III controlled substance.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault with a deadly weapon and resist, obstruct, and/or delay an officer.
  • Dixie Odell reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of Clonazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Moesha Desha Carson, age 22, of Westhaven St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear, injury to personal property and two counts of second degree trespassing. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Hayden Briant Kimbrell, age 27, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • Casey Victoria Allen, age 25, of McSwain Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Rhonda Yvonne Jones, age 49, of Park St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of schedule III controlled substance. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Myia Nasha Francis, age 21, of St. John Zion Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for of assault with a deadly weapon.
  • Jarita Diamond Francis, age 19, of Farmside Dr. in Spindale, was arrested for resist, obstruct, and/or delay an officer. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Benjamin Donald Kennedy, age 27, of Freedom Dr. in Mill Springs, was cited for possession of Clonazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
