- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
- Jessica Vickers reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny and damage to property.
- Diane Carson reported an incident of wire fraud.
- Myron Melton reported an incident of simple assault.
- Donna Harris reported an incident of larceny.
Arrests
- Maranda Dawn Price, age 30, of Floyd St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
- Shannon Lee Blanton, age 43, of Goodes Creek Church Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for larceny, second degree trespassing and also served with a warrant for failure to appear and two criminal summons for school attendance law violation. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Terry Wayne Norris Jr., age 29, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Lisa Cherie Albizio, age 50, of Bellvue St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Myron Dillon Melton, age 34, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for assault and battery. He received a $500 secured bond.
