  • An employee of Darrel’s Auto Sales reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule VI.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of carrying a concealed weapon and going armed to the terror of the public.

Arrests

  • Emma Colin Boyzo, age 49, of Greenwood St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jontue Jevan Patterson, age 32, of Shenandoah Dr. in Spindale, was arrested for driving while impaired and leaving the scene of an accident. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Rachel Brook Byrd, age 41, of Pine St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Merchant Joseph Long, age 36, of Sandy Level Ch. Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV and possession of schedule VI. He received a custody release.
  • Nathan Artega Martinez, age 26, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and going armed to the terror of the public. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Ariel Summer Price, age 28, of Race Path Ch. Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Shannon Hoyle Henson II, age 24, of Springfield Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Robert Andrew Perkey, age 64, of Golden Hill Rd. in Bostic, was cited for consuming on a premise that has an off premise permit. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Adrian Jerrell Logan, age 35, of Kent Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault by pointing a gun and assault on a female. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Tyson O’Brien Murray, age 31, of Thompson St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Nicholas Claude McDaniel, age 19, of Oakland Heights in Spindale, was cited for carrying a concealed weapon. He received a written promise to appear.
