Arrests

  • Bulmaro Gomez Aguilera, age 56, of Smith St. in Forest City, was arrested for first degree statutory sex offense. He was held without bond.
  • Holden Shane Hipp, age 30, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Susie Marie Williams, age 47, of Highland Ave. in Mooresboro, was arrested on warrants for failure to return rental property and failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
