Arrests
  • Morgan Renee Bennett, age 27, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Kim Morgan Mull, age 54, of Big Island Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Haley Summers Ammons, age 26, of Carrs Court in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Sadarrien Marquavius McCluney, age 22, of Astrid Lane in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jerry Lee Watts, age 67, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Robin Denise Bailey, age 56, of Piney Ridge Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for shoplifting. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Michael Brandon Holden, age 40, of Arrowood Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Lisa Upton Burgin, age 48, of Astrid Lane in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Arnoldo Alegre Facio, age 42, of Oakland Heights in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
