  • Dolores Mayo reported an incident of a breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.

Arrests
  • Gary Kenneth Kimbrell, age 55, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
