Incidents

• Ksenia Balkin reported an incident of cyberstalking.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of indecent exposure and open container after consuming.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• William James Coupe, age 59, of Inman, SC, was arrested for indecent exposure, indecent exposure with victim under 16 years of age and open container after consuming. He received a $1,300 secured bond.
• Aaron Herman Boswell, age 28, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
