Incidents

  • An employee of BB&T reported an incident of forgery of checks.
  • Bryson Atkins reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Arrests

  • Nathan Woodrow Guffey, age 29, of Textile Ave. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a valid protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Chelsea Renee Loveday, age 30, of Hendersonville, was cited for second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Tamara Jamese Greene, age 23, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of schedule VI. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Jasmine Marie Mendoza, age 18, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with second degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Eric Charles Austin Fall, age 29, of Cove Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resisting a public officer. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Jennifer Marie Craig, age 37, of Reservation Dr. in Spindale, was arrested on warrants for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $36,500 secured bond.
