Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and first degree trespassing.
  • Sereatha Shelton reported an incident of damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Arrests

  • Annese Carlynn Bungarner, age 39, of Ezra Dr. in Bostic, was arrested for identity theft and resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Tyler Eugene Lewis, age 26, of Hendersonville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and first degree trespassing. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Johnny Terrell Hughes, age 41, of Forest City, was arrested on two warrants for failure to pay child support. He received a $750 cash bond.
