Incidents

  • Belk Inc report incident of shoplifting. (see arrest Evans)

  • An officer with the Forest City Police Dept reported an incident of Assault on a Female. (see arrest Sisk)

  • An officer with the Forest City Police Dept reported an incident of Possession of Marijuana and DWI (see arrest (Franklin & Randolph)

Arrests

  • Rahkim Tashiem Franklin, age 23, of Hill St in Forest City, was arrested for DWI. He received a $2000 unsecured bond.

  • Essence Kali Randolph, age 20, of Spring St in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of Marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.

  • Justyn Tyler Sisk, age 24, of Geneva Dr in Forest City, was arrested for Assault on a Female. He revied a 48hr hold.

  • Dwayne Ray Kimbrell, age 51, of Big Springs Ave in Forest City, was arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He received a $500 unsecured bond.

  • Jodi Lyn Evans, age 27, of Willow Run Dr in Forest City, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.

  • Nosha Forney, age 53, of Cresent Dr in Forest City, was served criminal summons for Simple assault, Damage to personal property, and Communicating threats. No Bond
