Incidents

  • An employee with the Forest City Police Dept reported an incident of carrying concealed weapon. ( see arrest Holland)

  • Lynn Melton reported an incident of Breaking & Entering and Larceny.

  • An employee with Quick Pantry reported incident of Larceny.

  • An employee of the Forest City Police Dept reported an incident of Interfere with Utilities, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana. (see arrest Bowman)

  • An employee of the Forest City Police Dept reported an incident of Driving while Impaired. (see arrest Bergmann)

  • An employee of Walmart reported incident of Larceny. (see arrest Gabaree)

  • Bill Couch reported incident of Breaking & Entering and Larceny.

  • An employee of Dollar General reported incident of Larceny.

Arrests

  • Denzel Jarcus Wright, age 23, of E Main St in Forest City, was arrested on 2 warrants for Failure to Appear. He received a $3500 secured bond.

  • Joseph Holland Jr, age 30, of Harmon St in Forest City, was arrested for carrying concealed weapon. He received a $3000 unsecured bond.

  • Melissa Jean Bergmann, age 31, of Golden Oaks Ln in Ellenboro, was cited for DWI. No Bond.

  • Johnathan Michael Bowman, age 25, of Patrick Ave in Shelby, was arrested for Interfere with Utility, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. He received an $8500 secured bond.

  • Dana Lynn Gabaree, age 53, of Whiteside Rd in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Habitual Larceny. She received a $3000 secured bond.

  • Mitchell Detray Hines, age 35, of Seitz Dr in Forest City, was arrested for Assault on a female and resisting arrest. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
