  • An employee of the Forest City Police Dept. reported Damage to Property.

  • An employee of the Forest City Police Dept. reported Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Sch II, Possession of Sch IV, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Stolen Goods, and Maintain Dwelling/Vehicle for Drugs. (see arrest Shires, Boyd, Carver)

  • An employee of Belk reported incident of Larceny.

  • An employee of Rosendin Electric reported incident of Larceny by Employee.

  • An employee of Collins Metal reported incident of Obtain Property by False Pretense.

Arrests

  • Brent William Cook, age 30, of Cherry Mountain St in Forest City, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Breach of Peace. He received a $3000 secured bond.

  • Jeffery Lamar Boyd, age 55, of McCalls Ln in Weaverville, was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Tag. He received a $500 secured bond.

  • Laura Bailey Shires, age 44, of Caldwell St in Forest City, was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He received a $5000 Secured bond.

  • Timothy James Carver, age 26, of Cross Creek Dr in Maggie Valley, was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No Bond.
