  • Kyle Victor Skinner, age 30, of Pea Ridge Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • David William Camp, age 23, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Angelica Joan Whitaker, age 36, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Brian Wayne Wood, age 33, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
  • Mona Lisa Arrowood, age 42, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear and one count of probation violation. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
