Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of heroin and disorderly conduct.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of misdemeanor child abuse.
• Pauline Allen reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny.

Arrests

• Jodeci Okeith Foster, age 27, of Missouri St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of heroin. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Brandon Jamarr Johnson, age 33, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, intimidating a witness and failure to appear. He received a $90,000 secured bond.
