Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Tyler Ray Hill, age 21, of Hodge Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for driving while impaired and reckless driving. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Kasi Leeanne McAbee, age 31, of Cherry Mtn. St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses and larceny. She received a $15,000 unsecured bond.
  • Jessica Lynn Brown, age 35, of Akers Landing in Bostic, was arrested for possession of schedule II and two counts of possession of schedule IV. She received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Jeremiah David Russell, age 35, of Akers Landing in Bostic, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer and also served with warrants for possession of methamphetamine and simple possession of schedule IV. He received a $7,500 secured bond.
  • Edward Lee Ferree, age 48, of Eaves St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
