An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of Xanax, possession of drug paraphernalia and counterfeiting/forgery.

An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana.

Stephanie Lynn Toney, age 40, of Old US 221A Hwy in Mooresboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
Latoya Ontay Wesley, age 33, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school law attendance violation. No bond.
Michelle Roark Dalton, age 51, of Weathers St. in Shelby, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
