Arrests

  • Matthew Gerald Stamper, age 32, of Dark Corner Rd in Rutherfordton, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and a warrant for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. He received a $1000 unsecured bond.
  • Jvonne Avery Dimsdale, age 60, of Weatherstone Dr in Forest City, was arrested for DWI. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Bethanne Zechman, age 42, of Harmon St in Forest City, was arrested for Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Schedule IV. She received a $1000 secured bond.
