Arrests
  • Tracy Lynn Griffin, age 47, of Dobbinsville Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Marick Jerrod Patterson, age 34, of Rice St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for interfering with an electronic monitoring device. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Faron Clyde Murray, age 58, of Pinehurst Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on warrants for communicating threats and harassing phone calls. No bond.
  • Bruce Wayne Givens, Jr., age 35, of Highview St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and displaying a fictitious tag. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Ray Dewayne Williams, age 37, of Georgia Avenue in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Kevin John Phillips, age 42, of Tisdale St. Ext. in Ellenboro, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Jessica Nichole Mooney, age 27, of Smith St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. She received a $404 secured bond.
  • Travis Michael Mauney, age 31, of Plymouth Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. He received a $462 secured bond.
  • Shana Breean Lopez, age 28, of Commercial Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • John Earl Wharton, III, age 26, of Womack Lake Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • David Shane Jennings, age 37, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Davie Shane Powell, age 37, of Hamrick Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of schedule II, carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $6,000 secured bond.
  • Charles James Copeland, age 24, of Mt. Pleasant Church Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
