Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • James Padgett reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Roses reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Ty'j Malik Cook, age 17, of Ledbetter Rd. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Robert Phillip Hardin, age 45, of Autumn Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Karla Ann Neel, age 37, of Montevista Dr. in Shelby, was cited for two counts of larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
