Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, failure to stop for blue light and siren, no operator's license, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, fictitious tag and littering. (See arrest of Davage)
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of displaying a fictitious tag. (See arrest of Kimbrell)
- An employee of Mid Atlantic Boiler reported an incident of credit card fraud.
- An employee of Family Dollar reported an incident of larceny. (See arrests of Byers and Byers)
Arrests
- Robert John Davage, age 43, of Edgewood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II, failure to stop for blue light and siren, no operator's license, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, fictitious tag and littering. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
- Whitney Janel Byers, age 29, of Brooklyn Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $10,500 secured bond.
- Calvin Grady Byers, age 54, of Rockhill Lane in Mooresboro, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Harvey Eugene Harris, age 32, of Twelve Oaks Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $750 secured bond.
- Valentina Maldonado Alviar, age 47, of Walker St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $75 cash bond.
