Arrest

  • Barbara Lynell Jackson, age 53, of Guffey Rd in Spindale, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jose Antonio Vargas, age 19, of S Broadway St in Forest City, was arrested for false report to the police, Possession of Schedule VI and Misuse of 911. He received a $3200 secured bond.
  • Erica Reece Ledford, age 32, of Big Springs Ave in Forest City, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Austin Michael Stanley, age 22, of Puzzle Creek Rd in Bostic, was arrested for Possession of firearm by a felon and Possession of Schedule VI. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Malachi Isaac Jedadiah Gordon, age 19, of Ferry Rd in Forest City, was arrested for Carrying Concealed Weapon, Possession of Schedule VI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He received a $3000 unsecured bond.
