Incidents

  • An employee of Belk reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Belk reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III, possession of schedule IV and larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Lisa Rae Wilson, age 48, of Rosey Lane in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III and possession of schedule IV. She received a $4,000 secured bond.
  • Anthony Jesus Lucero, age 40, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a custody release.
  • Kyle Ray Bess, age 34, of Church St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for resisting a public officer and communicating threats. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
