Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.
• Carson Emory reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Dustin Vernon Lawter, age 38, of Marion, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $16,500 secured bond.
• Melissa Madeline Beretta, age 45, of Sycamore St. in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment. She received a $15,000 unsecured bond.
• Cameron Alexander Elliott, age 31, of Sycamore St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for five counts of failure to appear. He received an $18,500 secured bond.
• Calvin McSwain, age 23, of Bob Rollins Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for trafficking cocaine, maintain a dwelling for drugs, three counts of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $55,000 secured bond.
