Incidents
- Sandra Tesseneer reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property. (See arrest of Collins)
- Ray Anderson reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property. (See arrest of Collins)
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of breaking and entering, damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II. (See arrest of Collins)
- Randall Jolley reported an incident of larceny after breaking and entering.
- An employee of B&D Thrift & Loan reported an incident of obtaining money by false pretenses.
- An employee of Hillside Car Wash reported an incident of larceny.
Arrests
- Charles Ray Collins Jr., age 37, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for three counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of felony larceny after breaking and entering and damage to property. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
- Raseana Jamila McClendon, age 34, of Amity Drive in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay fines. No bond.
