Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jason Lingafelter reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of speeding to elude arrest, reckless driving, speeding in excess of 25 MPH and failure to stop for lights and sirens.

Arrests

• Christina Terry Braun, age 40, of Tryon Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and was also served with warrants for probation violation, failure to comply and failure to appear. She received a $17,500 secured bond.
• Myra Dawn Conner, age 32, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing.
• Gerald Kelly Adair, age 39, of Ohio St. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing.
• Kristina Ann Dotson, age 35, of Campfield Church Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for shoplifting, larceny by price substitution and concealment. She received a $500 secured bond.
