Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny from a merchant, larceny by removal of security device, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, possession of schedule II and possession of methamphetamine. (See arrest of Sisk)
  • Abraham Hernandez reported an incident of a missing juvenile.

Arrests
  • Stephanie Paige Bridges Watkins, age 31, of Big Springs Avenue in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for injury to property. No bond.
  • Justyn Tyler Sisk, age 24, of Geneva Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny from a merchant, larceny by removal of security device, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, possession of schedule II and possession of methamphetamine. He received an $11,500 secured bond.
  • Thomas Edward Brooks, age 43, of Arnold Dr. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Cecil Perry Butler, II, age 31, of Mountain Lake Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for resisting a public officer. He received a $500 secured bond.
