Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of failure to appear, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
• Tyree Hickman reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An employee of H & S Auto Sales reported an incident of a lost dealer tag.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I, possession of a controlled substance inside of a correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

Arrests

• Ezekiel Lee Suber, age 20, of Hill St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
• Amanda Lynn Mann, age 27, of Raven Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Christian Matthew Garrett, age 19, of Elizabeth Avenue in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Unique La-Shanda Jones, age 26, of Forest St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I, possession of a controlled substance inside of a correctional facility and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $32,600 secured bond.
• Danny Carlton Selvey, age 45, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested for communicating threats. He received a custody release.
