Incidents

- Karl Johnson reported an incident of credit card fraud.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of receiving counterfeit bills.
- An employee of Hardin's Drug reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Wyatt)
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of receiving counterfeit bills.
- An employee of Redmond Mowing reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of uttering a forged instrument.
Arrests
- Anthony Darnell Gary, age 46, of Springfield Drive in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer and on four outstanding warrants for failure to appear. He received a $26,500 secured bond.
- Anthony Darnell Gary, age 46, of Springfield Drive in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for resisting a public officer. No bond.
- Melissa Jean Wyatt, age 46, of S. Church Street in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
- Kasey Marie Gilbert, age 23, of S. River Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
