• An employee of Open Arms Family Care reported an incident of damage to property. (See arrest of Carswell)
• Heather Thompson reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Barry's Tire reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.
• Christopher Blanton reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretense.

Arrests

• Randall Kevin Carswell, age 42, of Reid Street in Forest City, was arrested for damage to property. No bond.
