  • John Emmanuel Knight, age 50, of Third St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing, indecent exposure and soliciting alms. He received a $100 unsecured bond.
  • Jessica Marie Lopez, age 30, of Hopper Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Michael Shane Hutchins, age 38, of Boss Moore Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
